“I joined the MiniMe Mindfulness® family in April 2022 after working in education for twenty years.
I made the switch to this role after seeing so many students over the years struggling with their mental health. I want to be part of the solution in supporting them in this area.
Looking after your own mental health is so important and something I am passionate about. Teaching my own children to look after their mental health has been an important journey for my family.”
