Meet the Team - Tessa Hawes
Tessa Hawes is the Founder and CEO of MiniMe Mindfulness® and the proud owner of the flagship franchise in Chelmsford.
Tessa created MiniMe Mindfulness® with her children Oscar and Annie in 2000 after a request for support from local families.
Tessa has coached adults with positive mindfulness and mindset techniques through her app ‘Boss Your Morning®’ for almost 10 years. Based on public demand she found a way to utilise her skills and change the format to be able to coach pre and primary school children through the MiniMe Mindfulness® positive mental health programmes.
“Teaching children about their internal superpowers, giving them their ‘tool kit’ for life so that they can thrive from an early age is a passion and a joy. I truly believe that it is as important as teaching our children how to read and write”.
Tessa teaches pre and primary school children at schools, nurseries and within communities in Chelmsford. Plus building a national franchise network of heart led leaders looking to do the same.
