“I have a background in Corporate Travel and decided that after 20 years in the same industry I wanted to have more of an impact on helping people in the mental health space.
Being a Mum to 2 amazing boys myself, I recognise the importance of positive mental health practices within children.
MiniMe Mindfulness® found me at a time when I was at a cross roads with my career and it ticked all the boxes. I am now working with schools and nurseries and run community classes across Essex. I am excited to work with and positively impact 1000s more children over the coming months and years.”
