“Most of my career I have worked as a primary school teacher, and I believe it is magical working with children; thier energy, curiosity and ability to live in the moment is inspiring.
Over the years I have noticed a decrease in children’s well-being. This began to ignite my passion to study more about children’s mental health and well-being, including becoming the lead in our school for social and emotional care. At the same time, I grew my own practice in self-care whilst I trained to become a qualified Yoga teacher.
MiniMe Mindfulness® aligns with all my core values of wishing to make a real difference in our community and having a positive impact on our children’s future and well-being.
As a mum of two boys, I know too well how the stresses of life impact them, so I whole-heartedly want to give our children the tools they deserve to live a life with more confidence, resilience, and happiness.”
