Meet the Team - Nicola Tookey
Nicola Tookey is a Franchisee and Mindset Mentor and has been working with Minime Mindfulness® in 2022. After successfully supporting and running classes in Chelmsford she decided to run her own MiniMe Mindfulness® business.

Nicola had a corporate career in the City until 6 years ago when she embarked on a health and wellness journey with a particular passion for teaching meditation. She joined the MiniMe Mindfulness® team in 2022 with a mission to impact the next generation of young minds by teaching these life changing techniques in a fun and innovative way.
